Please note – if your reports shows Vitamin B 12 deficiency, please take the medicine s advised by the doctor. Many of the patients avoid them because they feel it has side-effects, and better to take natural food. But this is wrong. The tablets don’t have major side-effects and it will take many months to get the normal level of vitamin B 12 from food sources. The patient has to take the medicines for that time, otherwise they may get another major problem.
