No calcium is much more important than just bones…
It is one of the most common minerals found in blood and is useful for many processes. Here’s a list of things that u might experience if u don’t have adequate calcium in the body.
– Joint Pains, Back pain.
– Sciatica
– Cervical spondylosis
– Heel pain
– Muscle weakness
– Muscle spasms, Back spasms, Cramps
– Memory loss
– Confusion, Hallucinations
– Depression
– Easy Fractures
– Brittle nails
– Convulsions (Epilepsy) in children

– Chest pain
– Difficulty in swallowing
– Tiredness, Lethargy

It’s sad that despite having a good lifestyle, smartphones, and all the luxuries, many suffer from diseases that poor people suffer from. Please it’s a request from my side… Eat well, and have a healthy body.
